Why there are black lengthwise lines on print paper? How to handle it?
Many customers select adding toner powder when it is used out, but they cannot clean well after that,
and then it causes pollution when printing, and pollutant crystal stick on the blade.
Some customers use adhesive sticker or bad quality paper medium, adhesive or fiber of paper
stick on the blade. Above two questions can cause the blade not to work well, and it can range
from printing black line to leaking powder. We should change to use paper, thickness as the
name card, to row several times following the plastic blade and get rid of the crud,
but if the crud can not be clean away, then take apart toner cartridge, and use alcohol swab or wet cloth to wipe out .
There are over 1 cm black lengthwise lines with same width appear on print paper and OPC at the same time, what is the problem ?
Normally the customers think it is because powder leaking, but in fact it is the blade problem,
and cause the powder on the OPC unclean. Solution: change a new blade.
What reason there is obvious bottom ash appeared on print paper ?

There is periodically black point or line on print document, and the distance of these point or line equal to OPC or DR circumference, what is wrong ?

The drive clutch of development roller needs renovating or replacing because of abrasion,

Pages printed out are light in color, why?
The printer setting may be in "toner save" mode, please reset to the default mode.

There are scratches on your print, why?
If you print on glossy paper, prints may be scratched if not handled properly.
Don't place objects on top of your prints, and be careful not to scratch them with your fingernails.

The temperature of heat the potsherd is too low, you may replace the potsherd.

Your printout is blurry or smeared ?
Make sure your paper isn't damp or curled, or loaded face down
(the printable side should be faced up).
Replace the OPC.
Load a new sheet of plain paper and press the paper button to eject it. Do this several times.
If you still have a problem, ink may have leaked inside the printer, and you need to clean it.
Align the print head.
Remove each sheet from the output tray as it is printed.
Avoid handling printouts on glossy paper for a few hours to allow the ink to set.
If ink smears on the back of a printout, clean the inside of the printer.
If you are using double-sided paper and printing heavily saturated or dark images on the front
side of the paper, you may notice that smudges or marks appear on the front when you print
the second side. If one side of the paper will contain a lighter image or text, print that side first
to eliminate marks or smudging.
